1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Exchange & Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 7 days of delivery.

• Condition: To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

• Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We maintain strict quality control, but if your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we will make it right immediately.

• Include clear photos and a short video of the defect for a priority replacement at no extra cost to you.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, simply email our support team with your Order ID. Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange item within 3–5 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

• For damaged/incorrect items, Zaorab covers all shipping costs.

• For "change of mind" returns or size exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
