Crafted from a solid 316L stainless steel core, our jewellery is finished with premium rhodium or 18K gold plating, depending on the piece. Both finishes are designed to deliver the look and feel of fine jewellery with everyday durability. Where gemstones are used, we select natural stones and carefully finished materials to give each piece its distinct character.

Our warranty covers accidental damage and manufacturing issues for the lifetime of your piece. Please note that lost or stolen jewellery, intentional damage, and damage caused by third-party repairs or alterations are not covered.
Shipping & Returns
At Zaorab, we take pride in the craftsmanship of every piece and want you to shop with complete confidence. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can request a 7-day return or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging; earrings are only eligible if they arrive damaged. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact zaorab95@gmail.com within 48 hours with your Order ID, clear photos and a short video, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost. Orders are packed within 24–48 hours, delivered in 3–5 business days, and include live tracking and insured shipping for safe delivery.
